The King of Fighters XV will be released on February 17.. SNK’s fighting game is therefore the direct sequel to its predecessor, The King of Fighters XIV, released in 2016and will also include characters from many games, like Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting and of course, old characters from The King of Fighters. To present these characters to us, SNK has therefore decided to appeal to Masami Obari, a famous Japanese animatorin order to achieve a short video presentation of the characters of this new opus.
Masami Obari is a director, animation director and character designer very famous in the world of Japanese animation. He who notably produced many important anime of the 90s, like Detonator Orgun or even the movie Fatal Furyso it is not surprising to find here excellent animation whether in the choreography of movements or the animation of fight scenes.
This trailer anime opening tunes therefore precedes the release of The King of Fighters XV, which will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC this February 17. A Day One Edition of the game will also be available, containing the base game but also a skin for Terry, “Garou: Mark of the Wolves”.
