A father kills his daughter's companion after discovering him hidden under the bed: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

It is one more drama. Monday January 25, 2021, Charles Heller, a father, was accused of murder of her stepson. The 49-year-old is charged with shooting Dustyn Hunt-Bagby, 20, after found it in her daughter's bedroom, Lauryn Heller. According to information from The News Tribune, the facts allegedly took place on February 25, 2019. Shortly before 11 p.m., officials from the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office visited the Hellers' home after receiving calls from Lauryn and her mother Abby Heller. "Two separate 911 calls came from this location around the same time ", a source told The News Tribune. "The first caller, Lauryn Heller, was hysterical and said 'someone had been shot and needed someone immediately' " she revealed. The second call is said to come from her mother, Abby Heller, who reportedly said: "I need the police at home, we have someone in our house who we don't want."

A house rule not respected

Charles Heller and his wife told investigators they had imposed a strict rule on their daughter: no one was allowed to stay in their home overnight. Hearing Lauryn and her boyfriend's voices after dark, the father texted his daughter to request that his guest leave the house. The young woman did not answer and left the room for a few moments. Meanwhile, her beloved, Dustyn Hunt-Bagby, hid under the bed. A moment during which Charles Heller took the opportunity to go to the room. After finding the young man in his underwear, Charles Heller grabbed his gun. Dustyn Hunt-Bagby was subsequently the victim of a stray bullet to the shoulder after having tried to disarm his stepfather. Charles Heller's indictment for manslaughter two years after the tragedy is a real relief for Lisa Hunt, the mother of the victim. "He will never get married, never have children, will not have a career, will never come to family dinners. But this decision makes the pain a little more manageable"she told the Seattle Times. A relief that is not unlike that of Laetitcia Coulom, after the indictment of the main suspect in the murder of his brother, little Jonathan.
