Fans of the animated series Transformers: Earthspark will be able to rejoice. Indeed, Outright Games has just announced the upcoming release of a brand new action game, Transformers: Earthspark – Expedition. The title, planned for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch will be released in 2023, without further details for the moment. The Steam page, however, indicates a possible launch for October 13.
This adaptation will be an opportunity for players to embody the friendly Bumblebee in environments faithfully reproduced from the animated series. Faced with a threat from the past, Bumblebee must stop Dr. Medidian, also known as Mandroid, from finding the missing pieces of ancient technology.
Three biomes will be explored to help the new generation of Transformers born on Earth. Of course, other well-known names from the license will appear to fight alongside Bumblebee, such as Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Skullcruncher, Nova Storm or Skywarp.
