The big surprise long awaited by Dragon Ball Super fans is finally starting to show up, and it looks crazy. Impatience is starting to set in.
There’s no real need to re-introduce Dragon Ball. It is a legendary work which has been available in anime, in video games, but which first saw the light of day in manga. The latter has not said his last word, far from it. Since 2015, fans can discover the continuation of Goku’s adventures with DB Super. Currently, we are impatiently awaiting the release of chapter 100, a page of which has just been revealed. The excitement has come to a climax.

A quick reminder is in order for latecomers. Dragon Ball Super Chapter 99 marked a turning point for the arc Superhero. Gohan has transformed into Gohan Beast, and he should soon be joined by Goku and Vegeta. When that happens, it will symbolize the beginning of the end for the story arc. The community is therefore on fire and can’t wait to discover what’s next. The good news is that as usual, the official DB website has shared a draft of the new chapter. We say “a draft”, since this time, a single page was published.
It’s not much, but it’s already that. Above, we can see Gohan preparing to launch the final attack whose simple name will speak to most of you: the Makankōsappō. We are even entitled to a posture similar to that found in the film. The curtain will come down soon, you just have to be a little more patient. Victory Uchida, V-Jump mascot, says we will be dealing with something “incredible”, but above all “crazy developments”. Our man knows how to make readers’ mouths water.
Once chapter 100 is released, what should we expect for the future of the manga? For the moment, we are a little unclear on this subject. A teaser could happen during the Jump Fiesta 2024 which will take place this weekend, but nothing is certain. However, we will potentially have a clue when the last chapter is published in V-Jump magazine in Japan. Again, this is just speculation. On the anime side, fans are waiting until the arrival of Dragon Ball Daima in fall 2024. The story will be new and will immerse our characters in a plot which aimed to rejuvenate them.
