At the end of November, a woman filed a complaint against Nicolas Hulot for rape, according to information from LCI. The latter was a minor at the time of the incident.
On November 26, the Paris prosecutor’s office opened a preliminary investigation for “rape and sexual assault” against Nicolas Hulot without a complaint having been filed. A decision taken following the broadcast of the Special Envoy show where several women accuse the former minister of sexual violence. Corn according to LCI information, one of them finally decided to file a complaint against the politician for rape. The woman denounces facts dating back to 1989 when she was only 16 years old.
Also according to the media, the complainant was heard by investigators from the juvenile brigade of the Paris judicial police. For his part, Precise BFMTV : “A priori the facts are prescribed, but it is up to the prosecution to make a decision on this subject.“
While the identity of the victim has not yet been confirmed, only one of the women who participated in Special Envoy was 16 years old at the time of the incident. She then gave a chilling testimony: after a meeting with Nicolas Hulot, the latter would have brought her back by car to a metro station. When the time came to greet her, he allegedly forced her to give him a blowjob.
Nicolas Hulot denies the facts
Nicolas Hulot categorically denies the allegations against him.
