Released in early access on October 12, Stranded: Alien Dawn already benefits from its first update: Dunes and Moons. Since December 1, players can explore a brand new biome, Desertum. An area as impressive as it is inhospitable. To survive in this new environment, you will have to use all your skills and solve the unique challenges that present themselves there. All while discovering lush flora and fauna.
A new survivor named Sora Satoh joins the group. She is gifted with advanced combat skills and possesses the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Perfect for the new biome then.
Finally, three new moons also appear – Jason, Nyx and Chaos – each bringing particularities to the gameplay. So Jason will give your survivors more adversity and tougher wildlife attacks but also plenty of time to prepare for attacks and to recover. Nyx will cause animal attacks more frequently at night, under cover of darkness. And Chaos will make wildlife events completely unpredictable.
In addition to all this, the Dunes and Moons update for Stranded: Alien Dawn marks the arrival of two new difficulty levels. Survivors can thus challenge their management skills with the difficulties Very Hard and Insane. And they should give even the most experienced players a hard time.
