The Elder Scrolls 6 is still in development, but don’t expect it anytime soon since it’s not expected to be released for at least two years. Or in 2026, which will seem like an eternity to some fans. But it’s better than a rushed game, right? The license being what it is, Bethesda and Xbox cannot afford to disappoint. To wait until release, Skyrim is getting even better thanks to the unwavering support of the community.
One more addition for the cult Skyrim
Thirteen years later, Skyrim has not lost its status as a cult game. Bethesda knows this very well and has ridden the wave by releasing the title on numerous occasions. In addition to the seven versions of the software, the legend is kept alive thanks to the players who don’t give up after all this time. Any occasion is good to play The Elder Scrolls 5 at home or on the go, on a giant screen or even in virtual reality. But if Skyrim is still so popular, it’s mainly because there is a very strong modding community. Whether you are a mod creator or a simple user of this fan content, it can extend the lifespan in crazy ways.
ItsNicklaj, already behind five Skyrim mods, posted “ Achievement Injector “. A free new feature which allows, as its name suggests, to add trophies to the game. “The first time I noticed that it would be nice if mods had successes was with Leaps of Faith by jayserpa” explains the creator. With “Achievement Injector”, you can create personalized successes. “ There are currently 20 event types you can configure to create your successes » he adds.
As we can see in the third image, you can even configure the interface to activate/deactivate visual and sound notifications when a trophy is unlocked on Skyrim after installing the mod. According to the creator, it’s normally compatible with absolutely everything, but you need the SKSE64 and SKSE plugins. Achievement Injector can be obtained on NexusMods.
