A girl wants to see her grandmother in Ephad: Emmanuel Macron answers her

The President of the Republic responded to a letter from a 10-year-old girl asking to see her grandmother in Ephad. Little Chloe was very surprised.

An unexpected response. Only 10 years old, Chloe armed herself with her pens to send a letter to the President of the Republic on March 14. According to France Blue, in this letter, the girl asked in particular Emmanuel Macron for permission to visit her grandmother, housed in an Ephad in Isère.

If the director of the establishment showed himself to be favorable to the young girl’s request a few days later, Chloe had the good surprise to see that the Head of State had also answered her! “Touched” by his testimony, he indeed sent her a reassuring letter about the situation. A letter that greatly surprised the girl since she really did not expect to have a return from the presidency, as reported on the news site.

And I know how difficult it is to be away from a loved one for a long time ”, can we read on the letter unveiled by France Bleu. “I am delighted that you visited your grandmother (…) I am sure that this moment was rich in emotion for you both. And you can count on me so that such a reunion can take place as quickly as possible for all the children and their grandparents in France ”, continued Emmanuel Macron.

Laurence Burlet, Chloe’s mother, finds that the President of the Republic has chosen the “right words” to speak to his daughter. Fortunately, today she is allowed to see her grandmother every Wednesday.
