With the gala “A Heart for Children”, ZDF calls for donations again. Andrea Berg and Vanessa Mai also appear at the TV event.

Once again the TV gala “A heart for children” takes place at the end of the year. At the benefit show, which can be seen live on ZDF on December 17th from 8:15 p.m., not only around 70 celebrities from society, sports, politics, show and social media are sitting on donation phones. Numerous well-known faces also provide background music in the evening. Above all: Andrea Berg (56) and her stepdaughter Vanessa Mai (30).

The pop singers will perform their song “Unendlich” together with the children’s choir. There are other appearances by Alvaro Soler (31), Kelvin Jones (27), Nico Santos (29), Roland Kaiser (70), Shirin David (27), Michael Patrick Kelly (44) and Rea Garvey (49).

This role is played by Queen Silvia of Sweden in “A Heart for Children”

This year, Johannes B. Kerner (57) will lead the show, which focuses primarily on collecting donations for children in need. The moderator will not only announce the live acts, but also draw attention to various donation projects, including the “World Childhood Foundation” founded by Queen Silvia of Sweden (78) in 1999. The foundation works for children all over the world who have experienced sexual abuse and violence.

In addition, important projects and sponsorships by Senta Berger (81), Jan Josef Liefers (58), Philipp Lahm (39) and Laura Wontorra (33) are presented in the show. The TV production will be broadcast live from the studio in Berlin-Adlershof.
