LEGO Batman is back again
In the ever-expanding world of LEGO products dedicated to superheroes, a new rumor is stirring the community of enthusiasts. A Batmobile model from the classic ’60s TV series could see the light of day this October. According to an unofficial source on Instagram, this model, which would bear the number 76328, would offer fans an unprecedentedly rich reproduction of the famous car, with no less than 1,822 pieces and sold at a price of 149.99 euros.
What particularly sets this potential set apart is the inclusion of a unique Batman minifigure. Supposed to represent the character as he appeared in the classic TV series. To date, LEGO has already offered two versions of this character in previous sets. But each had compromises. Sometimes there are problems with color fidelity compared to the source material, sometimes a simplification of details such as the removal of the two-tone legs. However, each version had its strengths, with one offering a better color palette, while the other stood out with more complex design elements.
The new 76328 set would therefore represent a golden opportunity to merge the qualities observed in previous incarnations of the minifigure. All with the aim of achieving an unprecedented representation of the Dark Knight of the 60s. This information should be taken with caution, as it has not yet been officially confirmed. The prospect of seeing LEGO pay tribute in such detail to an iconic era of Batman history is quite exciting. Especially when we know the slightly old school (nerdy?) side of this famous series from the 60s.
