The other star of the day is… Fornite, the famous battle royale. Some time ago, rumors were circulating about him (as they often do). Several people suggested that a partnership would emerge between the Epic Games game and Avatar. For most players, it left no doubt: it was Aang who would wear the colors of this iconic work. In any case, the American giant had not confirmed anything. The leakers simply stated that it would happen in Chapter 5 of Season 2, around April 2024. Well, we can say that they hit the mark.
The publisher announced the color via a trailer presenting the theme of the new season, namely Greek mythology. Among the playable characters introduced in the trailer, we find Zeus, Artemis, Aphrodite, but also Korra from Avatar! The veil on this mystery was finally lifted, and the franchise has indeed integrated Fortnite.
