fun, news, tips … what else?

It was the very first game of many gamers: the little character Adibou is soon back on computers … and mobiles! Ubisoft has announced the comeback of this must-have game for ages 4-7.

Launched in 1992, the must-have game Adibou first appeared on PC, then on Wii, PlayStation and PlayStation 2 consoles, before disappearing in 2009. But this educational video game that rocked the childhood of a whole generation is making a comeback on PC, but also on tablet and phone. Video game publisher Ubisoft announced it in an exciting trailer on Twitter on November 1st.

Indeed, Ubisoft has joined forces with the developer Wiloki, known for its educational games, to revive the franchise. The fact that the children of Roland Oskian, co-creator of Adi and Adibou from 1992, run this company is certainly not for nothing… The French video game giant has not communicated a launch date, but has indicated in the little Twitter video that it will be available soon. This announcement did not escape gamers who had completely euphoric reactions. We can read on the social network Twitter that people are extremely anxious and are very curious to know the new concept of this legendary video game.

Lots of similarities to the old version

Children aged 4 to 7 will therefore be able to play Adibou on PC, iOS and Android.. Indeed, the age group does not change from that of the original game. Unfortunately, it is not yet known if a sequel is planned for Adi, the version of the game aimed at teens. We should also find many mini-games similar to the version of 1992. We see in the trailer a kitchen to make cakes, figures, books and a telescope hanging at the house, a drawing easel, a film projector … Enough to revive memories and create excitement in nostalgic older children. Are we going to find Plop the cunning dog? Or Bouzigouloum, the big bad very stupid? We will know very soon …

So who is eager to find the planet Celesta and its curious inhabitants?
