A strange attack took place in Essonne. A man in a clown mask attacked a boy and cut off a lock of his hair.
The world can be terrifying for children. A baby was notably found near the corpse of his mother in Arras. As we know, clowns are far from unanimous. Meant to make you laugh, they can be downright scary. And it is not this boy from Essonne who will say the opposite. As he returned from the Les Closeaux gymnasium in Saint-Chéron in the 91, he was followed by a man with a clown mask, tells us The Parisian. He had accompanied his sister and was surprised on the way back. “I felt someone behind me. I turned around and saw him,” the 10-year-old boy explained.

The boy described a tall man, about 1.90m, with air bubble sneakers, joggers, a hooded vest and a clown mask. It was not just any: it was the mask of the jokerBatman’s blood-smiling villain.
Marked by this nightmarish vision, he was also confronted with an attack from the stranger: the man cut a strand of her hair with a pair of scissors and took her with him. The mother of the young victim is perplexed by such an act: “There are lots of questions that we ask ourselves and we don’t have the answers”.
As of Monday morning, the parents filed a complaint with the gendarmes and hope to shed light on these strange events. The investigation is ongoing but they can’t help but try to figure out the reasons for this attack themselves.
Could this be a warning to their son? The latter indeed argued with a school friend at the start of the week: “They fought. The other student’s big brother also pushed my son, my daughter separated them”.
The boy recounts the threats he received: “There is one who told me that his brother knew some grown-ups from the Dourdan estate and that they were going to come and slit my throat.“. At the request of the school, he was not to go home alone and the director assured that the pupils would be closely watched.
Nothing is confirmed at this time but the boy’s mother is worried: “Either it started from a quarrel between children and it’s serious, or there is a man who attacks kids with a clown mask and it’s serious too. But if it had been for a robbery, the man would have taken his phone and gone. He wouldn’t have left with our son’s dreadlocks. We wanted to humiliate him.”
