A 16-year-old boy was indicted in Brive-la-Gaillarde, Corrèze, after being caught by his mother while he sexually touched his little sister.
By surprising them, she put an end to practices that had lasted for three years. Saturday March 11, in Brive-la-Gaillarde in Corrèze, a mother went to the city police station with her 15-year-old daughter to file a complaint against his son. Placed in police custody the same evening, the teenager admitted the facts, but denied forcing his younger sister which, according to him, was “consenting”, and this, for three years, when the attacks began, report our colleagues. Since she was 12 years old, the teenager and alleged victim would indeed have suffered caresses on the chest and on the sex from his big brother, as well as digital penetrations. This last element prompted the prosecution of Brive-la-Gaillarde to open an investigation for facts of a criminal nature.

Unknown to justice until now, the young man was indicted for rape and incestuous sexual assault. Placed under judicial supervision, he is always presumed innocent as long as no verdict has been rendered. For the moment, the prosecution of Brive-la-Gaillarde refuses to communicate on this case. Pending the results of the investigation, the 16-and-a-half-year-old boy was removed from the family sphere by the courts, and placed in a foster family in the department of Vienne, more than 100 kilometers away.
