a long-awaited feature is finally arriving, it’s about time!

Starfield will soon receive a new big update and with it a new feature highly requested by players. Bethesda continues to take care of her foal.

Starfield is what it is and months after its release, it still divides as much. Bethesda, for its part, takes care of it, improves it and updates it regularly. For the moment, we are mainly entitled to patches or adjustments to refine the gameplay and make the game more stable for as many players as possible, especially on PC. Sometimes very important updates, like the last absolutely colossal patch. And while waiting for the first big DLC this year, the studio continues its support work and is even preparing to add a feature highly requested by PC players.

Starfiled will soon receive a new feature requested by players

Not content with arguing over who is right about Starfield, some even find a way to pull their hair to find out who is better, AMD or Nvidia. In order to satisfy as many people as possible, and as many PC configurations as possible, Bethesda has managed to use the technologies of the two competitors. Not jealous. Initially, Starfield only supported support from AMD, with its FSR, a system allowing you to enjoy better in-game fluidity without compromising graphic quality. Very quickly, players asked for the arrival of DLSS, the equivalent at Nvidia, and modders quickly released an in-house patch to activate it. Bethesda ended up officially integrating it.

Today, we are once again talking about AMD and its FSR since it is the latest version of the technology which will soon land on Starfield. The FSR 3 will indeed be part of the next wave of updates. The players ardently asked for it, it’s done. The studio states, however, that this will be a version still under development, therefore a beta version. You will still be able to benefit from the latest version of the FSR, but we just warn you that the stability and/or performance may be a little sluggish. Console players, for their part, are not affected.

As a reminder, Starfield is available on PC (via Steam and the Microsoft Store) but also on Xbox Series. It is also one of the very big games available on Xbox Game Pass.
