Indeed, the victim would have explained to the gendarmes that he had been sexually abused, the man having, for example, put him fire in private parts using a lighter. “He laughed for a long time“, she said, as reported by our colleagues. Burned, she would then have gone to the hospital of Mamers (Sarthe) and would have obtained three days off work. Previously, the quarantine would also have placed a knife blade in a “raised” position on the chair of his half, fortunately without injuring this one…

Found guilty, the violent man was sentenced to ten months in prison with a probationary period of two years. His victim would however have expressed his desire not to put an end to their story: “I still have feelings for him.” In her indictment, the prosecutor, who highlighted a situation of influencehowever indicated that the court absolutely had to protect the abused woman: “We are in a type of case where Justice says: ‘it’s over!‘” For his part, master Aouatef Braber, the defendant’s lawyer, “asked for a suitable sentence for his client who has no criminal record”.
