In fact, reports increased significantly in the afternoon on DownDetector, with a peak observed around 4 p.m., with nearly 600 alerts launched by users of the online mailbox. In other words, if, like many French people, you have an address ending in “@orange.fr”, everything suggests that you will not have no access to your latest emails today.

At the same time, many Internet users shared the bad news on the social networkthey couldn’t check their mail. The discontent is felt. Indeed, we can read among other things: “A new national outage of your email service? It’s annoying!”, “Once again, Orange emails are down” or “All my emails yuck, am I the only one? Faced with so many requests, the operator remained relatively silent this Monday, October 16. For the moment, no official statement has been made on the official social media accounts. A community manager nevertheless confirms the outage in a response sent to a subscriber who questioned him beforehand. “Effectively, an incident on the Mails service was noted. Our teams are informed of the difficulties that our customers may encounter. They are doing everything they can to restore access to the service as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience”, we replied on the @Orange_conseil account. But, for the moment, the incident does not seem to have been resolved… Patience, therefore!
