The GOG store offers a new popular free game which is notably inspired by a cult license. But be careful, there’s not much time left to get it!
Like Steam or the Epic Games Store, GOG very regularly offers to recover games without compensation. The only condition being of course to create an account, and download the associated launcher. And the particularity of this platform is that all the titles offered are DRM (Digital Rights Management) free. That is to say without anti-piracy technology which, very often, poses more problems than anything else for honest players who buy their games.
A free GOG game like Diablo to collect urgently
After 4X Stellaris on Steam and the gourmet Freshly Frosted on the Epic Games Store, head to GOG for the new free game of the moment. And we are dealing with a completely different genre since it is an isometric 3D action RPG, which draws elements from Neverwinter Nights or Diablo for example. But unlike Blizzard’s cult franchise, the pace is slower. This title in question, which is available for free on GOG, is Shadows Awakening. A game which is part of the Heretic Kingdoms saga where you will play as a demon to absorb the souls of missing heroes.
