The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has published a new list of sites in France offering to invest in various assets without having the necessary authorizations. The regulator therefore warns the public against these players and recalls that any investment offer in various assets with a prospect of return such as wine, livestock or forests must be registered with the AMF to be marketed. A white list of offers registered in miscellaneous goods can be viewed on the AMF website. This registration does not constitute an incentive to invest in these investments which remain by nature very risky.
Blacklist
This list of sites to avoid includes “bordeauxdirect1969”, “peroue-conseils.com”, “jdbr-investissements.com”, “jpha-conseils.com” or even “newsplacements.fr” which offers to invest in shipping containers promising up to 6.9% annual return. Some of these sites already seem to have disappeared, which shows that the tricks are constantly being renewed. We must therefore always remain vigilant in the face of such proposals.
