The lawyer is back on Disney+. In this second episode of She-Hulk, Jennifer discovers the disadvantages associated with being a superhero. The young woman finds herself without a job, before being approached by an enemy cabinet. When asked to defend and free her green giant cousin’s former enemy from prison, she hesitates…

Episode 2 of She-Hulk is once again rich in easter eggs and hidden details that AlloCiné had fun finding for you:

We don’t talk about the dead…well, almost

In this scene, Jennifer jokes that you have to be a millionaire, a narcissist and an orphan to join the Avengers. A direct reference to Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr)…

The superhero condition

Series she hulk don’t hesitate to talk about the condition of superheroes, who don’t really have a salary, nor health insurance, nor paid holidays. A subject that had already been addressed by Sam Wilson in Falcon and the Winter Soldier last year, he who was facing financial problems after the Blip of Thanos.

A very meta site

Don’t blink during this scene which is full of Easter eggs with direct references to Avengers and Ant-Man. But what interests us most is on the right. It talks about a man with metal claws who would have fought in a bar. A description that would fit Wolverine perfectly. After Miss Marvel who broached the subject by making her heroine a mutant, it is almost certain to see the X-Men again, under the Marvel banner this time.

Finally a reference to The Eternals!

Ever since The Eternals was released in 2021, subsequent Marvel movies and series have carefully avoided talking about THAT HUGE STATUE COMING OUT OF THE OCEAN. Fortunately, She-Hulk corrects the shot with this little wink.

Hawkeye and his arrows

A legitimate question for Jen’s father. Kate Bishop had wondered the same thing in the Hawkeye series. To find the answer, you will have to look at it…

Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway

It’s the exact name of the firm that hires She-Hulk and actually exists in the comics. He is even mentioned in the Agent Carter series.

A comic fan

One of Jen’s new co-workers seems to be a big fan of comics and more specifically Marvel comics. Keep your eyes open to recognize the editions in question.

Emil Blonsky

Marvel takes a step back by introducing this great villain in She-Hulk since he appeared in The Incredible Hulk (2008), when the Avenger was camped by Edward Norton.

The US Department of Damage Control

Exit SHIELD, the American Department of Damage Control will take an increasingly important place in the MCU. They are the ones who are trying to catch Miss Marvel…

Hulk returns to Sakaar

Why does Bruce have to return to Sakaar? If we don’t have the answer yet, we can make assumptions. In the comics, the Hulk’s son becomes the great emperor of the planet. Has Marvel decided to introduce Skar into the MCU? We hope so.

Abomination in Shang-Chi

Screenshot

This scene is from the movie Shang-Chi in which Abomination makes a short cameo. We see him fighting at the Golden Daggers Club which belongs to Xu, the hero’s sister. It’s up to She-Hulk to explain to us what he’s doing there…
