A 95-year-old woman is currently struggling to survive after being tasered twice by police. An incident that took place in the retirement home where she lived.

Clare Nowland, 95, was the victim of a muscular intervention police at the Yallambee Lodge nursing home in southern New South Wales, Australia. This mother of eight children was dementia.
