A Plague Tale: Requiem was released in October 2022. As you probably already know, the title received has very good ratings from the specialized press and has been highly appreciated by players. Moreover, the community is wondering about the possibility of seeing a third opus land.

As a reminder, before the official release of A Plague Tale: Requiem, Kévin Choteau, the director of the title, had declared: ” […] I think that, for now, is the end. But the door is not completely closed, and we will see the reception of the players […] “. Suffice to say that the reception of the software was more than good. For information, the PS5 version of A Plague Tale: Requiem has, at the time of this writing, the rating of 82 on Metacritic.

Recently, Kévin Choteau was interviewed by journalists from the Eurogamer site and returned to this point. About a third game A Plague Talehe said:

Afterwards, the director of A Plague Tale: Requiem indicated that the developers at Asobo Studio are currently working on improving their engine and their ” technology », and that they « were chatting, just chatting “. Thereby, we don’t know yet if we will have the right, in the future, to a third game A Plague Tale. Of course, we will keep you informed.
