A Plague Tale: Requiem dazzles in a trailer showcasing ray-tracing and NVIDIA’s DLSS 3

We are now less than a month away from the launch of A Plague Tale: Requiem on the latest generation consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X|S), the Switch thanks to the clouds and pc. Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment have already shown us several very promising previews of this sequel, the last notable dating back to mid-August with a trailer of gameplay who told us more about his scenario in the south of France. If you have a good memory, A Plague Tale: Innocence took advantage of technology Ansel of NVIDIA and we have to believe that the relationship with the graphics card manufacturer is doing wonderfully, because Requiem showed up this Tuesday during the keynote introducing the GeForce RTX 40 GPU and the DLSS-3 with a brand new trailer of the PC version.

Indeed, more than 35 games will support the DLSS-3 of NVIDIAwhose A Plague Tale: Requiemwhich will therefore improve game performance in terms of latency if you have a compatible graphics card from the new series RTX40. Added to this is the ray tracing well highlighted here with an alternation between environments bathed in light and plays of shadows in the twilight in the middle of the night and the basements.

The release date of A Plague Tale: Requiem is set for October 18, when it will also integrate the Xbox Game Pass (console and PC). You can pre-order it on Amazon at the price of €44.99.
