Frédéric Boiron, the director general of the CHU de Lille, announced that the hospital center was working on the development of a mask "revolutionary"in collaboration with an industrial partner. This mask would be virucidal, he would then be able to kill viruses and therefore Covid-19. "This virucidal mask, with a limited lifespan, has been tested in conjunction with our teams and seems very promising. An official presentation should be made around mid-February ", explained Frédéric Boiron to The voice of the North.
