a trailer for the Netflix movie

The sequel to the animated series Destiny of the Ninja Turtles will be written on Netflix with a feature film. Here is the very first trailer that will get fans of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in PLS.

The firm at N red will tackle a big fish in a few weeks, the Ninja Turtles. And no, to our dismay, it’s not to broadcast the legendary 1987 TV show, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Scale Knights. Instead, we will have The Fate of the Ninja Turtles, the movie… and its “special” (or ugly?) design.

A trailer for The Fate of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the movie

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the movie will be available on August 5, 2022 on Netflix. Here is the synopsis:

When vile creatures from another universe threaten to wreak havoc, the young turtles and their mysterious ninja powers are put to the test. Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello face their greatest challenge when a mysterious alien arrives from the future with terrible warning: the invasion of Earth by the alien race of the Krangs.

This mysterious stranger who must warn of the Krang invasion is Casey Jones. The film is a direct sequel to the animated series, helmed by original directors Andy Suriano and Ant Ward. The English voice cast is also the same with Ben Schwartz (Leonardo), Omar Benson Miller (Raphaël), Brandon Mychal Smith (Michelangelo), Josh Brener (Donatello), Kat Graham (April O’Neil) or even Eric Bauza (Splinter) .

Unlike the excellent game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge which uses the character design loved by all, in pixel art sauce, The Destiny of the Ninja Turtles – the film gets rid of it for a much less consensual graphic identity. That of the 2018 animation series. For the most nostalgic, in addition to the title from Dotemu and Tribute Games, don’t miss the retro Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles compilation.
