A Warzone glitch makes the AX-50 look fantastic

In a snap, the AX-50 sniper rifle in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific has become the best in its class.

Even though Warzone’s Season 3 Reloaded update nerfed most of the sniper rifles, the developers unintentionally modified the AX-50, making it truly amazing to play. As in the early days of the SP-R, the AX-50 now hits its target instantly, without bullet drop or travel time.

Warzone’s IW8 engine uses projectile weapons, meaning a bullet is a physical object that is affected by travel time and bullet drop. The game looks more realistic with these settings, but sniper rifles are more complicated to use.

The AX-50 and HDR are battling for the top spot in their class.

While weapons with high bullet velocity are often considered “hitscan” because it looks like the bullets are directly hitting opponents, there are no real hitscan weapons in the game, at least that’s what we believed.

After all the nerfs and buffs in the Season 3 Reloaded patch, the AX-50 has become an incredible weapon, definitely considered hitscan.

As you can see in the excerpts below, the player simply adjusts his opponents, disregarding bullet drop or travel time to eliminate them with the AX-50.

It’s very clearly a bug that the devs didn’t purposely put into the game following the last update, so no doubt Raven Software will fix it very soon before this sniper does. huge damage in your future games on Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific.
