This Friday morning, December 23, a man in his sixties, “Caucasian type” and of French nationality, opened fire in the 10th district of Paris. According to a witness, the alleged shooter was entered the Kurdish cultural center which is located rue d’Enghien where he allegedly fired several shots before going to a hairdressing salon where he was arrested by the police. “We heard gunshots. We saw people running to the right, to the left. Five, six minutes later, we entered the hairdressing salon”testifies Ali to BFM TVstating that he witnessed the arrest of the presumed culprit whom he describes as “a bit old, tall”.

The 69-year-old alleged shooter was apprehended with his weapon. Known to the police, he had already been arrested for two attempted homicides in the past, the second of which was racist.
