AB InBev: UBS raises its price target


(CercleFinance.com) – While reaffirming its ‘neutral’ recommendation on AB InBev, UBS raises its price target from 58 to 63.5 euros, a new target which implies a potential upside of 8% for the title of the Belgian brewer , operator of brands such as Stella Artois, Leffe and Budweiser.

According to the broker, ‘Strong pricing, easing of cost of goods sold and focus on SG&A efficiency are expected to accelerate organic EBITDA growth above the 4-year ambition. 8% for the next quarters’.
