(CercleFinance.com) – ABB announces the conclusion of an agreement with Niedax Group, one of the world’s leading suppliers of cable management systems, to form a new 50/50 joint venture.
This operation should be finalized and begin its activities from the 4th quarter. The collaboration will notably integrate the North American cable activities of ABB’s ‘Installation Products’ division and the Niedax Group into a new joint venture.
“The goal is to provide advanced solutions and services to electrical contractors, distributors and system integrators throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico,” says ABB.
As demand for electricity continues to grow, the joint venture will leverage the strengths and resources of ABB and the Niedax Group to deliver greater customer value through a comprehensive solutions offering, enhanced logistics capabilities, R&D and local production and specialized services.
