It is indeed this site that will host the grand final of the European Cup on June 10 and ensuring a stable and reliable power supply for the televised event is a priority.
In this context, a tailor-made solution will be put in place, including the supply and programming of a digital protection and control system for the stadium’s substations.
The substations will power everything in the stadium, from floodlights to catering outlets, to the official referee’s Video Assistant Referee (VAR) systems as well as global broadcast equipment covering the match.
ABB’s digital solution will help BEDAŞ identify potential faults and fix them before they disrupt the stadium’s power supply.
