The Swedish cult band ABBA is officially back! After around 40 years, a new album entitled “Voyage” will be released.

“ABBA are back”! With these words, the Swedish pop group announced their first new album in around 40 years on September 2nd. The record will be titled “Voyage” and will be released on November 5th. The album consists of a total of ten new songs. ABBA published two of them on Thursday. The singles are titled “I Still Have Faith in You” and “Don’t Shut Me Down”.

Agnetha Fältskog, 71, Björn Ulvaeus, 76, Benny Andersson, 74, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, 75, will also be seen in a new show – in a specially built “ABBA Arena” in London that can seat 3,000 spectators target. The band members will appear in the form of digital images. Andersson and Ulvaeus confirmed at an event that the show will last around an hour and a half and include 22 songs. The two new songs are also part of the program – alongside hits like “Dancing Queen”.

The show should then be on view from spring 2022, as it says on the website “abbavoyage.com”. The ABBA avatars are to be accompanied by a ten-person live band. Fans who pre-order the new album will have earlier access to tickets for the show. The regular pre-sale should then start on September 7th.
