(CercleFinance.com) – ABC arbitrage announces the appointment of Alexandre Ospital as Managing Director of its subsidiary ABC Arbitrage Asset Management as of January 2022, after having been appointed Director of Operations within this management company in February 2020.
The new general management of ABC arbitrage Asset Management will also include the deputy managing directors Franck Bonneau and Yves-Oleg Zajtelbach, respectively technical director and director of research and trading since February 2020.
Dominique Ceolin and David Hoey remain respectively chairman and administrator of the board of directors of ABC arbitrage Asset Management. They also retain their other respective positions within the ABC arbitrage group.
