(Boursier.com) — Meeting on Friday June 7, 2024 under the chairmanship of Dominique Ceolin, Chairman and CEO, the mixed general meeting of shareholders of the company ABC arbitrage adopted all the resolutions proposed to it.
The documents which detail the votes, resolution by resolution, for the ordinary general meeting and for the extraordinary general meeting as well as the presentation have been published on the company’s website (abc-arbitrage.com).
Nomination
Among the resolutions adopted, the shareholders decided to renew the mandate of the company AUBÉPAR INDUSTRIES SE, represented by Mr. Xavier CHAUDERLOT, for a period of 4 years, i.e. until the end of the general meeting which will rule on the accounts of fiscal year 2027.
Dividend
Taking into account the payments of 0.10 euros per share in October and December 2023, to which are added the interim dividend of 0.10 EUR per share in April 2024, the distributions relating to the 2023 financial year amount to 0. 30 euros per share.
As a reminder, ABC arbitrage intends to pay interim dividends of 0.10 euros per share in October 2024, December 2024 and April 2025. These distributions must be confirmed by the various future boards of directors, in compliance with legal constraints in force.
Group activity
The general meeting was also an opportunity for the company to confirm that the average activity rate for 2024 is close to the average for the 2023 financial year.
The group’s pace of activity is close to the financial aggregate Current Activity Product (“CAP”) presented in the group’s activity reports. It is a form of gross result (before charges, taxes and any other exceptional positive/negative impacts).
Regarding expenses for 2024, as was presented today, the group anticipates an increase in HR expenses of approximately 2M1EUR over the entire 2024 financial year.
