ABC Bourse is launching a new function for investors: the possibility of following the transactions of directors of listed companies.
When “insiders” or “insiders”, in other words the managers of listed companies or members of the board of directors, etc. carry out transactions in their own shares, they must declare them to the AMF under the Monetary and Financial Code. With the aim of transparency of financial information and to make it easier to read and use, we have reprocessed this data to present it to you in a synthetic and hierarchical manner.
Thus, on each value sheet you find the last three transactions of the directors, as in the example below on Air Liquide.
You will find transfers, acquisitions, exercise of options and stock options. For each listed stock you will have this information on its main sheet. By clicking on the link just below you will have a more complete vision of the operations carried out on the security concerned.
At the same time, you also have at your disposal a summary table which summarizes the day-to-day transactions carried out by the managers on all actions.
