(Boursier.com) — In letters received today by the AMF, Mr. Cyrille Tupin declared that he crossed upwards, on November 18, 2022, directly and indirectly through the company Serfeliz, which he controls, the thresholds 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Abionyx Pharma and hold, directly and indirectly, 1,533,001 Abionyx shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.41% of the capital and voting rights. This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of shares on the market.
