What are Accents Braids?
The name already suggests that the Accent Braids are braided. But don't panic now, because you don't need trained hairdressing hands or a crash course in power braiding for the new trend hairdresser – we promise that anyone can copy this braid in seconds.
The hairstyle essentially consists of two thin braids that frame the face. It looks super fresh and exudes a touch of the 90s. If, on the other hand, you would rather channel the little hippie in yourself, you should not braid the strands directly in front of the contour, but a little further back.
Accents Braids – that's how it works!
As already mentioned – anyone can imitate the thin braids. Simply split off two strands about three centimeters wide – and off you go. By the way: the tighter you braid, the more striking the look. For the trendy beach look, braid a little more loosely, but for cool retro vibes the braids can be a little tighter. Now fix the braids with small transparent hair ties – et voilà!
Depending on the hair structure, you can do without a hair tie entirely. The look is even more casual when the braided strands diverge a little at the bottom and blend perfectly with the rest of the hair. Women with curly hair have the simplest game. Women with fine, straight hair, on the other hand, should apply some structure spray in the lengths beforehand or gently tease them.
