The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s technology transformation capabilities in sourcing and procurement.
Founded in 2002 in Illinois, The Shelby Group is a technology consultancy helping clients in the manufacturing, financial services, consumer, healthcare and technology industries transform their procurement operations into increasing spend visibility and task automation and reducing costs and risks.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
