(CercleFinance.com) – Accenture announces that it has completed the acquisition of the digital engineering and operational technology capabilities of Trancom ITS, a Japanese provider of logistics technology services.
About 190 Transcom ITS engineers joined Accenture Industry X in Japan as part of the transaction. They specialize in cloud-based logistics systems and optimizing warehouse operations with IoT and sensor technology.
Acquisition strengthens Accenture’s capabilities in digital engineering, manufacturing and logistics to deliver hyper-automation solutions at scale, which manufacturing and logistics companies in Japan are increasingly demanding. more.
