As we prepare to introduce the Access controller to an entire community with disabilities on December 6, we are delighted today to be able to take you behind the scenes of its development as well as a first look at its adapted packaging. Our hardware and interface designers collaborated with research experts and are discussing this collaboration with accessibility groups to create an ultra-customizable PS5 controller kit designed to help gamers with disabilities play more comfortably and more. a long time.
Since development began five years agothe design of the Access controller went through a dozen concepts and prototypes and generated a number of relevant discussions among accessibility experts and testers from the disabled community. Our goal was to develop an innovative design tailored to the specific needs of a wide variety of gamers.
For us, a tailored experience starts from the moment you unbox the product. Can be opened with one hand, the Access controller’s packaging contains convenient loops that can be pulled from the right or left as well as additional loops inside to help you open the boxes and take out the controller with ease.
