On Saturday, a 22-year-old Weizer left the road in Passail and fell down an embankment. The driver was trapped in the car. Following motorists provided first aid, the fire brigade had to free the injured person from the wreck.
On the Rechbergstraße in Passail, near Lammerriegl, an East Styrian skidded his car at around 12.45 p.m. on Saturday and came off the road. The car fell down an embankment and overturned. An attentive driver noticed the accident and alerted the emergency services. The accident driver had previously overtaken the 48-year-old. When she could no longer see the car after a left turn, she had a “bad feeling”, according to the police, stopped and discovered the accident car lying in the ditch. Another car driver also stopped and provided first aid. The accident driver was trapped in the wreckage and was freed by the Passail volunteer fire brigade. After first aid, he was taken to the LKH Graz with injuries of an undetermined degree.
