(CercleFinance.com) – JP Morgan Chase & Co. declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed upwards, on June 13, 2022, the thresholds of 15% of the capital and voting rights of Accor Acquisition Company and hold, indirectly through the companies it controls, 15.01% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of Accor Acquisition Company shares held under an agreement with a third party (owner of said shares) conferring the right to JP Morgan Chase & Co. to use said shares at any time.
