(CercleFinance.com) – The Swiss company UBS Group declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on November 1, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Accor Acquisition Company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Accor Acquisition Company shares, to the result of which the trading exemption applies for the declarant.
The declarant no longer holds any Accor Acquisition Company shares.
