(CercleFinance.com) – The BlackRock company, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared that it crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of the Accor company on March 21, 2024 and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 13,747,252 Accor shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.45% of the capital and 4.38% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from an acquisition of Accor shares on the market and an increase in the number of Accor shares held as collateral.
