(CercleFinance.com) – The Group announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of 63% of the capital of Potel & Chabot.
Following this transaction, Accor will become the sole shareholder of Potel & Chabot, which will be integrated into the Group’s Luxury & Lifestyle division.
In 2023, Potel & Chabot should achieve sales of around 130 million euros and will contribute positively to the Group’s results.
