(CercleFinance.com) – The company Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that on June 29, 2023 it crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of voting rights of Accor and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 17,819,488 Accor shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 6.73% of the capital and 5.27% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Accor shares outside and on the market.
