(CercleFinance.com) – Accor announces that its Board of Directors has decided to propose the renewal of the mandates of Qionger Jiang and Isabelle Simon, as well as Nicolas Sarkozy and Sarmad Zok, as directors for a period of three years.
The board has also decided to propose, also for three years, in addition to the appointment of Hélène Auriol Potier which had already been announced, those of Asma Abdulrahman Al-Khulaifi and Ugo Arzani as directors.
These last two appointments are proposed to succeed two directors whose mandates will expire, within the framework of the governance agreements concluded for the hotel group with the Qatar Investment Authority.
