(CercleFinance.com) – UBS Group declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed downwards, on February 10, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Accor Acquisition Company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Accor Acquisition Company shares. UBS Group no longer holds any Accor Acquisition Company shares.
