(CercleFinance.com) – Accor’s Board of Directors has decided to submit the appointment of Mrs. Anne-Laure Kiechel to the approval of the next General Meeting, which will be called upon to approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 and which will be held on May 17, 2023.
If this proposal for appointment is approved by the General Meeting, Ms. Anne-Laure Kiechel would qualify as an independent director.
Anne-Laure Kiechel has been a member of the United Nations Committee for Development Policy since January 1, 2022.

The Board of Directors also decided to propose the renewals of the terms of office of Mr. Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of Mrs. Iris Knobloch, Vice-Chairman of the Board and
lead director and Mr. Bruno Pavlovsky, Chairman of the Appointments and Compensation Committee.
