Uber has complied with the Federal Supreme Court’s decision and is now treating its drivers as employees and not as self-employed, as was previously the case.
The company has undertaken to comply with the legal working conditions and to pay the cantonal minimum wage and social security contributions. This will lift the ban on Uber drivers working in the canton of Geneva.
