It seems all the more puzzling that the real estate developer, whose – according to his own words – passion is to revitalize centers for which others no longer have ideas, is even celebrating on the Internet for the pitiful shopping center. There you can read: “Our Ennscenter at Römerfeld offers an innovative mix of shopping, gastronomy, leisure activities and small offices for EPU – an offer that has not existed in the Enns area before. We have given our Ennscenter a new meaning through upcycling – an advantage for the population, entrepreneurs and our investors.” A statement is still pending, for the “Krone” no one could be reached at the time of going to press.
